Works great for a portable ac.

Work perfectly. Easily to install and set up. Good water flow. So so very quiet which is great when it’s in the bedroom with people sleeping. We have them hooked up next to our interior mini split units. Had one issue with a float getting stuck the first winter and it not being used. However, filled it up with vinegar and let it soak, plugged it back in and it took off perfectly fine again. That’s a hard water issue not a product issue.

came with pump and power cord. No hose, no mounting bracket, screws or wall anchors. Amazon may have shipped a used unit, the box was beaten up and looked like it had been opened. hose size is about the size you'd use in a small aquarium. Unit is small, power cord is to scale - as advertised.

This is my first condensate pump ever, and it works perfectly. The inlet that goes into the pump doesn’t have to be airtight but everything else does. Does not come with inlet tubing that connects to the AC. Luckily I have an aquarium siphon which I cut and was a perfect diameter.
