専用の細挽きはどんなものかと思って試してみました。味はそんな苦くなく、ストレートで飲める位です。さすが専用の粉ですね。 私は牛乳で割って飲むので、市販の中細挽きで抽出したほうがパンチあって好きです。

濃厚な香りとコク、苦みも強く、ストレートではとてもじゃないけど飲めません。 自分は2杯分を湯で1:1程度で割ってアメリカーノにし、コーヒーフレッシュと砂糖1本丸々いれて飲んでいます。 特におすすめなのが、食品（特にパンなど）と一緒に飲んでみてください。 このコーヒー独特の香りが口に入れたパンで増幅され、パンの香りと強く共鳴しつつ鼻を抜けていきます。 ただパンとコーヒーを飲んでいるだけなのに、これで一つの料理として完成していると思えるレベル。 ドリップコーヒーやほかのフレーバーでもこの食べ合わせを試してみましたが、いまいちパンチが弱く…。 このコーヒー独特の力強いフレーバーがあってこその味の調和を実感。 全てが濃いからこそ、いろんな食品との組み合わせを試すのが一番楽しくおいしい使い方な気がします。

このシリーズの中でも一番スタンダードな味わいで飲みやすかった為、リピート買いです。 他のシリーズも試しましたが、思いの外、ナッツやベリー系の香りが全面に出て来て家族には不評でしたのでこちらを今後も購入すると思います。 ※個人的にはそれぞれの良さがあってその日の気分で選べるので良いと思いますが。 粉の分量や水から沸騰させて抽出する、お湯から抽出するといったアプローチを変えながら好みの味を探せる楽しみ方もあり気に入っています。

本メーカーが出しているクラシコを基準にした評価になりますが、クラシコがバランス重視な調整だったのに対し、このインテンソはガツンと来る苦味、舌と喉に残るようなコク、コゲのニュアンスさえ感じられる程の強い焙煎香が特徴的なコーヒーです。 使用した器具は本メーカーが出しているマキネッタにて抽出しましたが、ただでさえヘビーな飲み口になるのにそれを更に後押してくる感じは、朝の目覚めの一杯に最適。 味が濃いのでミルクで割ってカフェオレにしても甘くなりすぎずにビターなテイストを楽しむことができます。 反面、コーヒーをライトに楽しみたい方には癖が強いのであまりオススメはしにくいかなと。 ある程度コーヒーに慣れている人向けだと思います。

香りもよく自宅で満足なエスプレッソを作る事ができる。 豆も良い原材料を使用してあると分かる。

If, like me, your coffee ritual includes a Moka pot, this is the only coffee to use. Dark, delicious and perfect every time. I bought it originally on a whim when I was out of Starbucks Espresso Roast. I've never gone back.
