I personally found this to be very helpful in my day to day life. I haven’t had the burbles, the bloating, the gas from beans in ages. I will say the cost might not be the most affordable. I usually take it with a bulky dinner, and maybe 1 if I’m needing a bit extra support when I’m eating out. It’s made my bloating less of a problem and I also notice I’m a bit more energetic. There’s no taste, it’s given me a bit of stomach relief when it comes to pain. I also love the variety of the enzymes, and the added ingredients that help with overall digestive issues and pain (like the ginger etc). The color is lovely, it’s very easy to use as well. UPDATE: I stopped using the enzymes some time ago. I will say be prepared if you stop taking them. Immediately the same day after stopping: I have never had so much gas and bloating in my life. I took the evening to lock myself in my room with the windows open. It took me a couple days to adjust back. I would highly suggest taking a small dose if that is beneficial, unless you can afford to take them uninterrupted, at the recommended dose.

Love Juna! I think these digestive enzymes are good value for the money. They definitely help with my stomach. No funny taste or after taste. Can’t say it helps with my energy levels or sleep quality really because it’s not necessarily made for that reason. The quality is great, have been taking these for about 8 months now and notice a huge improvement in my gut not being as sensitive after a meal.

I highly recommend this product if you have any digestive issues at all. This item has been a game changer for me. I've had numerous stomach issues for years. Thanks to this product, I can now eat normally again. I feel so much better after taking these. It takes about 3=4 weeks to start working, but once it does you'll be amazed at how much better you'll feel.

I’ve been a big fan of Juna for a while, so when I saw that they launched Detox Enzymes, I had to give it a try! Backstory: I’ve been taking a synbiotic from a competitor brand every day for the last year and noticed a major shift in my complexion and gut health… With that said, I was reluctant to try Juna’s Detox Enzymes, because I thought I already found a “gut health” regimen that worked for me. But, as a fan of Juna’s other products (Detox Drops and Nightcap Drops), I knew the brand is great and had to give these enzymes a shot! The first noticeable difference was that Juna’s pills had a slight lemony aftertaste. I never even knew an aftertaste would be important to me, but it’s awesome. It’s a nice little perk and reminder that I’m doing something healthy for my body. After taking Juna’s enzymes for 3 weeks, another major difference I noticed was the decrease in my bloating. I have to say that I really haven’t had any severe bloating since taking Juna’s Detox Enzymes! Major plus!! The directions say you should take them before or during meals, but with my “mom brain,” it’s easiest for me to remember to take them first thing in the morning with a glass of Juna Detox drops or lemon water. Then, I drink my cup of coffee. I have food about 2 hours after that. Taking them in this way has been beneficial for me. I’ve been so impressed with these enzymes that I’ve converted to Juna from my old detox pills from a popular brand that rhymes with “read.” ;) Give these a try!!!

Nope, just simply gave my wife gas and a bloated look. She asked me not to order anymore especially at that very high price. We switched back to AG1, it works well by giving her smooth bowel movements and no bloating.
