C'est le seul gratte-langue efficace que j'ai testé. À la première utilisation vous saignerez un peu de la langue mais c'est normal. De plus par rapport aux autres grattes-langue on peut mettre du dentifrice dessus pour rafraichir l'haleine.

It’s stiff but it’s very very effective. I feel like my tongue has gotten used to it. I wish it had a scraper with it as it brushes the gunk out but doesn’t scrape it all off like I like. It’s way more effective than a toothbrush, can’t even compare. I use it with the best tongue scraper ever, recommended by my dentist, the Philips Sonicare Breath RX little plastic scraper, the BEST and by tongue is pink and clean. I need both steps. Get both, thank me later. I’ve tried many tongue scrapers and brushes, this is the best combo. I don’t think the paste is anything special though.
