I have spinal stenosis, and the nerve pain around my knees can get pretty intense. I’ve been using these ice packs during flare-ups and they’ve helped take the edge off. They stay cold for a good amount of time and the material stays soft and flexible, even straight from the freezer, which makes them more comfortable. I like that you can use either side depending on what feels better. The size works well for my knees. It’s not bulky and gives decent coverage. The straps are long enough to adjust easily and the Velcro holds firmly without slipping. I’ve used a few different ice packs before and these have been one of the more reliable ones in terms of comfort and staying cold.

This is a lifesaver for knee pain! The pack stays frozen for 30 minutes or so and then you can flip it on the other side and use it for another 10 minutes. The velcro strap helps keep it in place and it allows you to wrap it on both sides.

I bought these because of knee pain. I bought the XL and glad I did. I can wrap it around the entire leg. I can also flatten one out behind my back while sitting. They are very comfortable and are as described. The soft velvety side makes them comfortable and protects the skin. These are one of my best purchases and I have purchased a lot over the years.

A fantastic solution for icing both knees after activity. They conform well to my knees and they stay in place with the dual Velcro straps. They stay cold longer than I need them to be frozen so they aren’t all warm when removed. The velour side is soft, but I still use a thin dish towel between the packs and my skin. Recommended

Very nice product. Does the job for sure. Stays in place and long Velcro straps for size convenience. I like the option of using material side or for colder impact you can use the plastic side. I'm very satisfied! The ice retention stays for about 2 hours or a bit less.

I got this for use after knee surgery. I like the straps and the plush lining that I can put against my skin. It retains its cold temperature very well. But there are two issues that make it hard to use. First, it’s too stiff and hard to wrap comfortably around a sore post-surgical knee. I have to let it sit for a while to soften up. Second, the Velcro on the straps is too strong. It sticks to itself and my clothes and the plush side of the pad and it’s hard to pull it apart I’m keeping it but I won’t get this product again.

Just received, and started using the cold pack. It's a little too large for me, but does the job very well. I believe that the cold stays for a long time, have had it on for 20 min, and still cold. Hopefully it helps my knee pain
