Q: Any idea where I can get a replacement suction cup for this kit? The one that is supplied is defective!

I would suggest you clean the pixel and the suction cup with rubbing alcohol first to make sure there isn't a film on the surface. If that fails do a search on Amazon for a suction cup. Check the diameter isn't greater than 2" and you should be fine.
