Definitely worth your money!!!$2 (with tax) 7 for both the 40" and regular foil balloons to inflate with helium at Party City.

You don't have to do the same you see in a picture be creative and make your design, some balloons were already broken inside the bag but it was worded!

The banner was super cute and easy to assemble. The latex balloons were cute as well and easy to blow up. I had to take the helium balloons to a store to get blown up, which cost about $25 for the 1,5 and two hearts. The “1” had a slow leak and one of the heart balloons had a hole in it and I had to purchase another one that was close in color but not exact. If I had time I would have contacted and asked for a replacement for both but since party was next day I had no choice. Would have been easier to buy the helium balloons at the store and probably a few dollars cheaper in the end!

I liked it very much. I used it for my 15th birthday party. I really recommend buying it. You can either fill it up with air or helium. Problem is if you try to blow instead you must try to find a correct and efficient way to stick it up. Over all, it met my expectations.

The package was exactly what we needed, the color was beautiful and it was easy for us to fill them up and set them up. We did run out of helium very fast after filling up the big numbers but we made it work, the only bad thing is it took way longer to arrive than expected and we were scrambling at the last minute because we didn’t think they will get there in time
