And how many actual watts are the lights 4 50 watt chip on board so thats 200 + the 48 5w light emitting diodes adds to 440 so wheres the extra 200w?

Hi, Thanks for asking, they are 5w dual-core high power chips and 100W COBs, but it is not a good idea to make these chips and COBs run at their maximum tolerance. We just use all these LEDs making sure they run with the highest efficiency in Lumen and PPFD output and ensure a long lifespan. And this light is consuming about 360W from the wall. Would 2 of these be sufficcient for a 5x5 tent ?

Yes but you may get more of a 5×3 footprint with a 2x2 or so in the middle that may get a little too much if u hang them at 18". If u go 24" or maybe even 28"ish I think it will spread it out nicely. You'll need good ventilation, that's going to create some heat. Heat dissipation is good but you can only ask for so much when you're running that many watts. I got 760 in one and 650 in another. It's great in the winter but summer is pretty rough.
