Can this be used for making ganache?

Yes. This chocolate can be used to cook or bake any recipes calling for melted chocolate

How many cups of cocoa does a bag make?

That would be pretty hard to calculate - it would make a heck of a lot of cocoa. Chocolate can actually be used to make cocoa. You put 3 1/2 cups of milk and 2 teaspoons of corn starch in a saucepan and whisk it together, then add 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of dutch processed cocoa & heat on medium, whisking constantly. Then when steam is rising from the sides but it's not quite boiling you remove from the heat and stir in a combination of 4 ounces of milk chocolate (these pellets would melt as is...if you're using a bar of chocolate you would have to chop it in a processor) and 4 ounces of dark chocolate (72% dark chocolate chips work fine...again, if you're using a bar of chocolate you'd have to chop it) until it all melts and is smooth. It takes a little more work than using just powder, but it's totally worth it. The taste and texture is far superior to making it with powder. It has a great rich taste.

Can these be used for hot cocoa bombs?

Yes! There are two different ways to do it, either in the microwave which needs a careful eye to make sure it's not over done or using a bain marie. If you don't have one, you can just use a pot with about an inch of water on the bottom and a bowl (I use a small metal mixing bowl). Also, you can scoop some of the chocolate into the mold and swirl it around but I find it easier to use a paintbrush (new and only used for that purpose).

Absolut empfehlenswerte Schokolade mit erstklassigem Geschmack

Der Geschmack ist wirklich hervorragend: schön rund, angenehm süß und perfekt für alles, was man zuhause mit Schokolade verfeinern möchte. Bei uns kommt sie vor allem für selbstgemachte Waffeln zum Einsatz, und seit dem ersten Kauf ist sie fest bei uns im Vorrat eingeplant. Die Qualität ist einfach top und man merkt sofort, dass es sich um ein hochwertiges Produkt handelt. Für uns gibt es inzwischen keine Alternative mehr.
