I may like to check why my product having this issue.. Need an urgent support

Upgraded from 6800H/3070Ti and it’s been great, even for unoptimized games like Tarkov and PUBG. Great performance and no heat problems whatsoever. As a desktop replacement it works extremely well, but weight might be a problem if you actually trying to carry this thing around with you. Appearance: solid black plastic, looks good, it had RGB lights all around is good if you’re into that. Personally I just put it on solid red. Which creates some ambient light but isn’t enough to illuminate the desk or annoy you at night. Right now it’s definitely a better value for money than 4090 model. Really surprised how cold the CPU runs. I think I never got it higher than 85C. Fans aren’t very loud either.

This is my first gaming laptop. I had no clue what I was doing. But this ended up being a really great laptop it works really well unfortunately it's only 4 GB of VRAM. So get you something with a bigger graphics card if you plan on doing much of anything in 2026.

From the get, it has been fast and responsive. Playing CP2077 and other gpu intensive games, it does 60+fps with heavy settings adjustments and looks great. It's a low end, so screen quality and brightness are OK. The thing is built sturdy and so far use of turbo fans is nearly non-existent, being able to cool itself efficiently. Pros: -good entry for gaming -light up key board and active desktop makes it very colorful -intuitive settings for lighting -plays many titles well Cons: -not a ton of storage, fills up quick -wifi card is okay, streaming games could have better signal strength -battery will last 3, maybe 5 hours gaming "lightly" -no ability to expand storage externally with good integrity(no thunderbolt ports) -bluetooth devices are a little finicky at times. Will sync, but upon restart, will repeated connect and disconnect from certain devices. Having to unpair and repair to fix. No current driver updates for it. Otherwise, decent for a gift or small upgrade to something a little more powerfull then your typical console.

Excellent performance, outstanding design, and considerately powerful cooling fans make this gaming laptop a good entry into the Gaming Laptop World. Although the RTX 3050 is obviously not the most powerful in the market, it should satisfy your craving for almost any game and allow you to reach the highest settings in those that are not too graphic-demanding. I've been using this laptop for half a year now and found no issues so far. For those that complain about some weird bugs and error such as the machine not going to sleep mode properly, there is a high chance that it's Windows 11's problem. Update: After one year of usage of the device, I’ve finally identified the cause of issue where the device does not enter sleep mode properly or timely, and the culprit is the Aura Wallpaper or Aura Sync features from the Armoury Crate app. Try disable either or both and the problem is gone. It may be upsetting for not being able to use the features but it is fine by me.
