使用して2ヶ月弱ですが、不良品だと思います。返品したいです。 最近、気が付くと電源が切れています。ネットで調べ色々と対処しましたが、結局、本体を動かしたり、コードを抜き差ししたりして動きました。しかし、しばらくすると切れています。この繰り返しです。 センサーライトも付きませんし、録画もされていません。全く防犯にならないので困っています。 追記 最終的に新品と交換していただきました。最後までとても親切丁寧に対応してくださいました。しっかりサポートしていただけたので、今後も安心して購入出来ると感じました。

商品性能は良いのですが、カメラとパネル角度を調整するのに10回ほどtype-c給電ポートとUSBケーブルを抜き挿ししたところ端子部分が壊れました。こんな経験は初めてなのでこの部分が弱い製品なのかな？返品手続きを取りましたがもう一度買い直したいと思う製品ではあります。

Reolink Argus 3 Ultraを購入しましたが、セットアップ時点で完全に詰みました。 2.4GHzのWi-Fi（ドコモhome 5G）に接続→「接続成功」と音声案内あり しかしその後アプリで「接続失敗」、QRコードを何度読み込ませても反応せず 他のスマホでテザリングしても結果は同じ。カメラがReolinkサーバーと通信できないようです アプリ・ネットワーク・スマホ・ルーター全てを確認し、あらゆる手順を試しましたが改善なし 「Wi-Fiには繋がったのに使えないカメラ」という致命的な状態です。 真面目に設定しようとした自分がバカみたいでした。 返品または返金を希望します。Reolink製品は二度と買いません。

カメラの性能は満足でものでした。USB-Cポートの初期トラブルがありカスタマーサポートに連絡したところ敏速に交換品が送られてきました。サポート体制は満足できるものでした。難点はソーラーパネルを接続しても充電している気配がなく太陽光が弱いのか、そもそもパネルの発電効率が悪いのか判断できずしばらく様子見しております。 その後ソーラーパネルが十分発電していることが確認できました。バッテリーは常時80％台を保っています。 カスタマーサポートには大変お世話になりました。製品購入後も手厚いサポートがありお勧めします。

画質は良く、その点については全く問題ありません。 Wi-Fi接続も安定していて良好です。 ただし、以下のような問題がありました。 1. 録画が不安定です。録画される時もあれば、されない時もあります。多くの場合、人がしばらく前に立ってから録画が始まります。しかし、泥棒や不審者が長時間待ってくれるとは思えません。 2. 充電も不安定です。晴天の日でも、うまく充電されないことがあります。 3. 動きを検知してから起動するまでに少し時間がかかり、録画開始される範囲も狭いです。 全体的には、今後のアップデートでこれらの問題が改善されない限り、あまりおすすめはできません。 The quality of the video is good, no doubt about that. The Wi-Fi connection is also stable and works well with 5 and 2.5Ghz. However, I faced the following issues: 1. The recording is inconsistent. Sometimes it records, and sometimes it doesn’t. Most of the time, it starts recording only after someone stands in front of it for a while. I don’t think a thief or trespasser would wait that long to get recorded. 2. The charging is also inconsistent. Even on bright sunny days, sometimes it does not charge properly. 3. It takes some time to wake up after detecting movement, and the range for starting the recording is also quite limited. Overall, I cannot strongly recommend this product unless these issues are solved through a future update.

難しい配線の設置が不要で簡単に念願の監視カメラ取り付けができました

楽天モバイル回線の方は購入しない方がいいです。楽天モバイル回線はReolinkアプリに繋がれないです。私はVPNでなんとか使えますが。

Easy to install camera and solar panel, nice compact size to camera and plenty of lead on solar panel which the size a tablet, easy to connect to wifi via app on phone, 128 GB SD card installed (not included), which is automatically over written when full, Option for infra red or spotlight for night shots, good clear 4 K picture, easy to take photos via app, siren option too which you can leave off or turn on if needed plus you have a speaker and microphone available too, hooks up with Google home and Amazon Alexa, solar panel rated for 45 deg Celcius so should handle Australian sun I hope. and best of all no subscription required so can all be done for the very reasonable one of cost.

This camera and company are awesome! The app is beautiful, and the functionality is amazing. Since it is wireless, it can be set up in minutes, and with a solar panel plugged in, I never have to charge it even with only a few hours of indirect sunlight a day. The app can differentiate between people, pets, and vehicles. You can set no detection zones and detection by size of object. You can talk through it. You can have the light kick on with motion at night or not. You can change how long it records after detecting motion. It truly is an amazing system, and it is nice to have your own local storage while also being able to see through your cameras from anywhere in the world. I had Arlo for years, but I am glad I switched to a more commercial type product once I needed an upgrade.

I call it my cat cam because I use it to see if the once feral cats turn up for food. I also get to see possums and raccoons and sometime the neighbor's dog that likes to steal cat food. It works well. I wish it was in color at night but I can see very well through it. It recharges except when we had a lot of snow that covered the solar panel. I'm happy with it.
