Nice beginner machine
Nice beginner sewing machine with 37 stitches. It has some difficulty with thick fabrics but a walking foot, not included, offers some assistance. The only real complaint I have is that there is only one buttonhole option and it's not very robust. I've tried going around twice on the same hole but the result wasn't very nice. Other than that, the features are as described. Amazon carries a lot of the optional presser feet. Like most things, the more you spend, the more features you get. This is a reasonably price machine that does quite well for what it is.

Servicio al cliente; terrible ..
La maquina function bien por 2 meses y luego de eso no a funcionado apropoadamente, e tratado de tener la garantia y está empresa no response emails , no es fácil communicarse con ellos .. es lo peor , te tienen horas y horas esperando , he llamado como 4 o 5 veces , ya mismo se cumple 1 año y se pierde la garantia ..
