This Ebike is the best.we updated from our hey bike and glad we did. has more power ,larger Ah battery and befang motor really perform great. We take our dog in the pull behind and you don't notice. Battery life is twice that of our old ones. Really love the soft tail, upgraded to air shock, added rear view camera and phone holder with bar extender. Had a issue with front wheel and tech support was top notch and had a part on way next day and they answer there phone very pleased with there help I did a lot of research, after owning my first Ebike and knew what to look for this bike did not let me down The best value for your money and well built, Its a fun way for my wife and I to get outside and exercise

Alright i rarely ever write reviews for anything but this bike is worth the review. This is my third ebike now the first 1 was stolen and the second one i gave up on because it kept falling apart so i decided to give this brand a try and it is hands down not even fair competition how much better this bike is then the previous 2 i owned. Every single aspect of this bike is better the power speed definitely build quality battery life everything about this bike so far has been absolutely amazing. The battery life is exactly as advertised unlike the last 2 brands i owned and i mean exact to the mile i dont pedal whatsoever and im getting 70 miles out of this battery this is my daily mode of transportation as my license is suspended for another year so im very happy i hit the lotto with this brand this time finally. Ive owned it a month now and have 200 miles on it so far its very fast ive gotten it up to 40 mph so far and i truly could not be more pleased with this bike. Customer service is amazing as well they respond same day every single time iv contacted them with questions most of the time responding within 30 minutes this is an amazing company and i will never gamble and buy another bike from a company other then these guys again. Oh and one last thing i noticed that i thought was hilarious and i totally agree with my review is the 89th review on this bike now and out of 89 reviews not 1 person posted a 1 star review lol

Better more powerful Bafang motor than Murf and others that aree 2x the price.This is a man's bike, not a teen or women's bike, it's BIG and HEAVY; but rides very smoothly. This bike will be too big for your early teen, they make a similar step through version that might work better for women and early teens.Nice rack on back. Only thing missing is a working tailight/brake light vs. the reflector but so many 3rd party ones you can add in five minutes.Nicer seat than I expected too.Murf is a joke, buy two Freesky bikes for the price of one Murf. PS Murf isn't a "local" company SoCal! They just import their bikes from China and resell them to you at twice (or more) the price of this bike with no value add.

Shipped very well protected! Easy unboxing and assembling. During assembly there were a few hitches that were easily solved. The manual was written poorly. It did not cover how to ride the bike, use any settings, nor work out issues. I wrote to them and they promised to fix all issues. You should download an owners manual before buying.

These bikes are well made, beautiful to look at and so much fun. The racks on the back were bent but customer service was amazing. Thank you Ande for all your help. New racks are being shipped. Our neighbors have the same bikes and we love riding together and planning fun trips. Comfortable seat and sturdy rack with basket. This is a great buy. We love the ride.

I like the manufacturing quality and ruggedness of this bike. It takes some learning curve time. Don’t try sharp turns till you get some practice. The full suspension is a real game changer! A very good buy for under 2K$. I went 12 miles on level 1 assist and still had 92% battery!!

4/11 update: I bought the upgraded controller and installed it, was pretty easy to install, had to pull battery and unscrew mounting plate, side plate where the left crank arm as well but that’s just a few screws and screw in the power cable that goes from the new controller to the hub. After the install I took it out and all I can say is OMG!! This thing is now a rocket on throttle with the new controller, steady 35mph and I weight 220lbs. Most definitely changed this from a monster into an absolute BEAST.This was a breeze to assemble and had it put together in 30mins. Charging is super quick compared to other e-bikes. The color display is magnificent in all ambient light conditions and easy to change PAS levels on the fly. The full suspension works well but does take a little getting used to with the 4” wide tires, I can honestly say this is the best e-bike I’ve ridden, plenty of power from the BAFANG 1000W motor, hydraulic disk brakes stop with ease. Customer support is top notch and able to upgrade to controller to achieve 35+mph on throttle, range is accurate and I’m surprised how far I can go on a full charge.I live near New Smyrna beach in Florida so I see all types of e-bikes riding the beaches here, this one gets so many compliments! Definitely the best purchase I’ve experienced on Amazon. Get one and enjoy the ride!

Don't buy this garbage, I purchased one less than a year ago and it the worse purchased. Customer service is the worst. They won't fix your bike for free even if it have warranty. Don't waste your money, you won't be happy.
