Starting to see some results! 3 weeks in!!
This thing is awesome. I have been using it for about 3 weeks. To be fair, I was doghy in the chest. I can actually start to see results. 20-30 in each area is great exercise. Is it replacing the gym, prolly not. But at home , can’t go wrong.

Squeaky butt works
Works well you can feel the burn in your chest, but mine squeaks a lot. Don’t know if it’s a common thing other than that very cost-efficient and works as suggested.

Easy and Comfortable to use
Good product. Assembly is simple. Using it is easy and the exercise guide is easy to follow. You can use it while seated if you’re not able to stand.

Missing parts
Only one piece of the item came in the box. Took almost 3 weeks to get. The ONE piece that came had ripped material WITH AN OPEN BOX THET WAS RETAPED. Requested a replacement but is going to take over a month. Canceling everything

This is not a bad piece of equipment and good for those with the strength to use it. but if you are an average person, or someone on rehab I would not recommend it
