Works very well. Has all the controls needed. It heats the room up quickly. Very easy to put it together.

My sauna is 8X8. I know it is way too big for a two-person sauna, but I got a deal on a shed kit. My first Vevor was a 9kw and it brought my big sauna up to temperature in 25 minutes in the summer and 50 minutes in the winter. I live in Colorado and winters are cold here. I use it almost every day so I’m putting a lot of miles on the heater. I have all the heating elements covered with rocks and never use water to make steam, it’s a dry sauna. After 10 months the timer went out but the heater still worked. I contacted Vevor asking if I could buy a new timer. A human replied to me the next day and said they would send me one for free. It took six weeks to get the timer. I’m not complaining about the six weeks, I know how supply chains work. They sent me an email every few days saying they hadn’t forgotten about me and would send the timer as soon as they got it in. This is great customer service. A few days before the timer arrived the heater stopped working. The internal breaker would trip every time I turned it on. So, I bought another 9kw Vevor heater. Around 10 months the timer stopped working but I still had the new one they sent me and installed it. At the 1 ½ year point the second heater stopped working. The internal breaker tripped when I turned it on. So, I bought a Vevor 6kw. It heats up my big sauna in the same amount of time as the 9kw.Why would I buy a third heater from Vevor and give them four stars if they keep giving out after a year?One: A Harvia is $1,000 to $5,000 and according to the reviews, they only last two years. If I replace this heater every year, it will take me 10 years to reach the cost of a Harvia.Two: Vevor’s customer service is outstanding. This alone will make me keep coming back and also buy other Vevor products.

Built a sauna for our fire station and decided to buy this heater because I was paying for it out of pocket. This heater was a great choice, not only was it under $150 but it has worked better than I could have ever expected. Our sauna is 6x6x7 and at ¾ on the temperature adjuster the sauna stays at 170 degrees. We have learned that having the temp maxed out is way too much for any of us and starts to tingle the tips of your ears pretty quickly. I also added a small fan and humidifier to the room which helps make your skin feel better and adds to the life expectancy of the coils. Amazing product, I will definitely be buying one for my home as well.
