When I bought this for my mum I thought it would get warm itself and then heat the neck, however it works even better as you do not feel the heat, but your neck and all muscles there are warmed up. I love its size as you can easily wear it anytime and even everywhere. It looks bigger on the picture however its actually smaller.

Absolutely useless. I returned this item for a refund. I wore it for 12 hours and it did not heat up at all. Also not at all supportive.

Don’t even bother! Wish I could give 0 stars. No support, hardly heats, Velcro doesn’t stick. I really needed some comfort to my neck as have whiplash and was desperate for this, and it’s just a disappointing waste of time and money and I’ve now got to think again. Can’t be bothered to send it back. So it’s likely to go into recycling. I’ve now got to wait for something else.

Discussed and shown to my phyios consultant he agreed they are worth a try as they do not constrict my neck movements. I lost my first one ordered therefore had to order a second one . reduce pain effectively. thank you.

It didnt help, its not supportive enough and I found it wasnt comfortable , it pressed on my adams apple and made it hard to wear for longer than 5 mins
