Bristles 4218 18” Outdoor Push Broom Head – Heavy Duty Hardwood Block, Rough Surface Stiff Palmyra Fibers, Brown

Solidly made, highly effective. Love it.

I purchased the Outdoor Push Broom Head. It has not been used yet. It appears to be strong, solid with tough bristles.

I put this to work right away, with the Rubbermaid, metal tip screw in pole. The bristles are perfect for my driveway cleanup needs. Should serve me well over the seasons ahead.

Great for sweeping out the garage floor or driveway!!

Not much to say, arrived quickly, opened box and found a good, stiff broom head. The holes in the head are at different angles, make sure you try both to get the angle of the handle to your preferred angle. The effort to push the broom was much higher in the first position. I’m surprised to say the angle of the handle made a very noticeable difference for me, this would be a much more negative report if both holes were angle of my first try. I was pleasantly surprised the threads of the handle of my old broom matched the new head. Pretty happy to replace an old, worn out broom with a brand new part for so little effort and cost. One note, this is an 18” wide part. In my small-ish and complex yard that is about perfect but a bigger, more open space would be faster/ easier with a wider head.

Bought it for my goats to scratch themselves on and seems to work well so far!

When the baby goats want a scratch they get one. Now it just aint my fingers getting rubbed raw.

Brush is strong— just what I wanted. Thought I could use the wooden broomstick from my old broom like this— it stayed in for one use… then kept falling out. Thought maybe it wasn’t the right size so I ended up buying three others trying to find one that would screw in and stay— none do!! It seems the wood on the brush part is too soft and the threads it had to hold a broom handle aren’t doing the job— now it just won’t hold any broomstick at all. They just fall right out. I can’t use it and it’s too late to return. Welcome ideas for a solution!
