Great Product
I just purchased an RV and I don't ever drink water from the park, even if it is filtered. This baby was easy to install, doesn't leak, and easy to use (unlike the kind you by from the store and press really hard to get a trickle of water). I first bought a disposal water jug from store and eventually took scissors to cut it open to get water out as it was so hard to use. This one doesn't require heavy pressure and when you press the spigot, the water rushes out instead of drizzle. I just bought it, but keep it pointed over the sink in case there's ever a leak as water and RVs aren't a good combination, but so far, no leaks, it's secure, and you get padded cushion sticker things so it doesn't scratch up your counter. Also comes with an extra spigot. All I had to do was look at the pic on the box and was able to put it together in less than two minutes. Highly recommend! Make sure you purchase a "crown top" bottle (the kind with the tape over the hole, not the kind that you can screw a universal top on it). I also recommend purchasing extra felt cushion stickers cause over time, the original cushions wear out and the metal from the rack can scratch your counter. Purchased 3 more for family and friends. I fill mine up on base for only $1.35, but Publix or Home Depot usually charge $2.50ish to fill.

LOVE it.
We wanted a new water dispenser. Previously we had a big electric unit, but this time around were looking for something simpler (no flipping and spilling water from huge water jugs) and more quiet (the electric humming was annoying). Since we prefer our water at room temp now anyway, we didn't need a cooling function. We were going to buy a ceramic crock with stand or one of those electric pumps. Opted for this product because of its simplicity (no crock to wash) and esthetic (a 3-gallon water jug sitting on our counter with a pump just seemed too primitive). So we thought we'd try this. Perfect choice. Sits on the counter in our little walk-in pantry space. We added a couple more felt pads to the stand so we can slide the entire set up to the end of the counter when we have bigger pots to fill. Sturdy, functional, non-obtrusive, easy to use, no leaking. Suits our needs perfectly! Will be buying another one for our rental apartment.

So simple, so effective
Simple and elegant. The nicest part, from a hygienic standpoint, is that you don’t have a reservoir or tubing to get dirty or moldy. The only piece to clean, is the spigot, and with regular use, it should stay clean for a very long time. One of my concerns was durability. The stand is very strong and doesn’t flex with the weight of a full bottle. The other concern was leaks from the spigot. I’ve had mine for several months now, and it’s never leaked or dripped. If it should start, I’ll update this review.Everyone who sees it in my office, orders one for themselves!

Great product
Really like this inexpensive water dispenser. Fits perfectly on my 5-gallon Poland Spring delivery bottles. The order came with two dispenser nozzles and one sturdy black stand. Highly prefer this over any of the cooler water dispensers I’ve rented in the past. My only complaint is the occasional squirt when you first squeeze the trigger to dispense water. I think we solved this by pointing the trigger facing up (instead of down or to the side,) but I’ve walked away with wet feet on a few occasions. If you have a good sense of humor, this won’t bother you, and you might actually have a little laugh when it happens.

Very stable and easy to use.
This set is much cheaper then can be found anywhere else. My local water supply store was selling the exact same set for $40 and refused to believe that it was only $20 on amazon. I use this stand and set with a glass 5 gallon water jug and it works perfectly. VERY stable! I have 3 young boys in the house ages 4-10 and the fact that it hasn't broken yet just goes to attest how stable the stand and spouts are. Plus the spout is insanely easy to use. With plenty of other spouts my boys leak water all over when they attempt to get water. This is so user friendly they have no issues working it properly.

Perfect
I live in Hawaii and originally bought this as part of my hurricane emergency supply kit. Then, the Navy's underground fuel storage tanks at Red Hill leaked and my tap water was no longer drinkable...for months. I had five gallon jugs on hand for emergencies so we pulled this stand and tap out and put it to the test. It's amazing. Hands down it's one of the best things I've ever bought. We were able to dispense safe, clean water right on our kitchen counter and didn't have to deal with multiple gallon jugs or flimsy half liter water bottles. The spigot didn't leak (although we usually replaced the blue cap over the end as a precaution) and replacing it on a new jug was so so simple. It worked great with the Primo water bottles (which are sold here at Lowes, I don't know about where you are). We have the all clear on our water, finally, so I'm packing it up today and it broke down easily and went back in the little zippered pouch for the next emergency. I hope we never need it again but if we do we're ready.

Shifts while trying to place the 5 gallon on it despite felt tabs provided.
Both spouts leak and it is also difficult to lift a full 5 gallon bottle and place it on top of this thing. The stand shifts around and is unstable while your trying to lift the bottle. Need two people and maybe even a third of you are unable to carry the bottle. The stand also doesn’t fit snug into each other. The legs fall off when you lift it.

Valves leak. Not a lot, but enough to be an issue.
It’s easy to put together and disassemble. We use it in our RV. Problem is both of the valves leak. It doesn’t leak a lot and would be fine if you use it outside or like us where the drips are not an issue. I gave it three stars as it’s still pretty good and useful for our purposes. If it wasn’t all set up already I’d return it or at least try and get the valves replaced.
