I can totally see why millions of people have fallen in love with these BoomBoom Nasal Sticks. I’m officially one of them! This really does work! I was skeptical about it but decided to finally try it. We took a 9 hour road trip and the morning we left to come home, I kept yawning. I remembered that I purchased these and I sniffed it. I don’t stick it directly into my nose, for keeping it clean and in case anyone else wants to try it. I immediately stopped yawning and was more alert for the next four hours. I have also used this for daily use at home for shorter driving time. I’m not a coffee drinker so this really helps! It does not keep you awake all day. It is a short term 2-4 hour lasting. I think because the smell awakens the brain. (Kind of like having to slam on brakes; it awakens your brain and your alert for the next few hours but if traveling a long distance then the tiredness can set back in) I do highly recommend it for taking the edge off the mornings and trying to wake up, or mid day boost without caffeine or energy drinks.

A great concept and does have a nose clearing effect. Not as extreme as eating Altoids candy, more similar to sniffing Vicks but more pleasant and portable and zero calories! Probably won’t replace menthol cough drops but you can enjoy this without everyone around you smelling it too. Instructions say to inhale deeply for 1-2 seconds but I’d avoid inhaling into the lungs as it could irritate. Only need to hold it near the nose, so it’s sanitary. About the size of lip balm, slightly wider.

I enjoy the blue kind the most. Has the most effectiveness. They last a long time, well worth the money. They are small and easy carry and the blue menthol like smell really opens up your nose and helps you breathe. I use it before putting on my cpap at night and has been tremendously helpful for breathing at night.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I saw this product online and decided to try a three pack of winter mint. I gave one to my adult daughter and one to my cute boyfriend 🙂 so we've all been trying it together. The first experience is a slight burning in your nasal passages, but the clearing that provides, even if you don't feel congested, is really lovely. This is followed by a gentle surge of clearing energy for your brain. All three of us are guilty of using energy drinks to get through our busy days, this is a nice herbal alternative to that which you can use throughout the day when needed to literally clear your mind and give you an energy boost. Husband said this works amazing. The smell is unexpected at 1 st because it smelled so good. Clears his sinuses out. Helps with allergies for sure. Alittle pricey. It works tho.

They're OK. They remind me of the menthol ones we had when I was a kid, when you had a cold and they opened your nose up. I don't know if they've changed my life, or make me breathe better. I get about 20 seconds of "oooh, that feels good", and then the feeling is gone. I don't get the "burning" other folks have complained about. That being said, when I do one of these at night before I go to bed, I have more vivid/weird dreams, so maybe they are helping me breathe better, because I'm going into a deep enough sleep that I'm dreaming...???

They work!!!! Doesn't give u a instant headache or hurt in any way. Great smell. Sort of like if you had a cough drop in your nose lol. Helping tremendously for my husband's regular sinus issues
