Hearty and delicious
I think it's great, and I don't usually love multi-seed bread. Even my toddler likes it.It's good toasted and drizzled with olive oil. Bread alone products tend to be awesome.

Probably the best bread
Really good bread with several ingredients. Short shelf life as it has no preservatives and other junk. Just freeze the loaf and thaw slices when needed.

I like organic food, but not moldy food
I initially purchased Bread Alone thinking I found a new favorite bread. I was wrong by the second day; it started to show signs of mold. When I realized it was not just the one or two pieces but both loaves, I froze them immediately and had to toast the bread for my lunches the next day. It had a nice texture and flavor the first day, but a tart and bitter flavor the rest of the time I ate it. I hate to throw out food - otherwise I would have just trashed it. I hesitate to purchase anything more from Bread Alone for concern that it may become moldy too soon. Too bad, they had some other flavors I wanted to try.
