Royal Catering Slush Puppy Machine RCSL 2/15 (2 x 12 L, 770 W, Temperature range -2 to -3 °C, BPA-free)

Got this machine to help celebrate my 30th birthday with loads of family, friends and lots of heavily alcoholic slushies. Over the span of a week we tried 6 different cocktail recipes and all were amazing and very popular. Was a bit nervous the first time using it as never used anything like this before, added with the fact that we were not using proper slush recipes and "winging it" but all worked out great. Would recommend getting a refractometer which are really cheap on amazon. Just gives you that extra peace of mind when not using a proper recipe. Love the fact that the machine can be so finely tuned in terms of the speed and the temperature. This helped as we found that some cocktails froze at a slightly different temp to eachother. Took a while to ship as came from Poland but was delivered within the estimated time frame and arrived in a very sturdy crate so all in all a very good purchase. Would highly recommend.
