This chair is stout! extremely well built. It also looks pretty cool, lol. It maybe only 60-65 lbs, but its an awkward 65 lbs. I am not sure if I can lift it into the car by myself, but i'm not a very strong man. I am sure I won't ever be going anywhere alone, so I can always get help loading it. I have not tested it outside yet, but I can tell you, this chair is quick, faster than I want to go inside the house. Overall, I give it 5 stars, just would'nt recommend it to someone disabled that plans on loading it unassisted.

Omg this has made our lives so much easier! It weighs less by 200 plus pounds than his other chair and no special vehicle to drive. We bought this wheelchair after tons of research because insurance won’t cover a folding chair. We wanted a portable electric wheelchair that we could take anywhere in any vehicle. This folds up so easy and fits in my 2016 Ford Escape and 2011 Kia Sorento. It’s a bit of a push to get it in for me, I have weak arms but my hubby has no issues. For us so far 5 stars! Brady has used his chair in school, on sidewalks and recently a trip to a museum that was over an hour away and no way to transport his other chair there. It’s fast enough that my son at 14 feels like he can keep up with his peers and still a epic, awesome, looking chair to drive. Beautiful chair, easy to clean up and smooth ride. He loves it so much! Toggle switch for steering not very accurate or responsive. Instructions unclear and incomplete. Quality of equipment seems satisfactory and assembly was fairly easy though the ‘tool set’ was low quality. Comfort is satisfactory. Charging was as advertised.

Product arrived as scheduled and required minimal assembly. The chair looked nice and it is heavy duty, but it is heavier and more awkward than expected. I was never able to operate the wheelchair. After powering it up, it defaulted to a blinking light. The documentation assumes no issue would be encountered, so it lacks troubleshooting information. Support personnel seemed confused and poorly trained to help. They eventually narrowed down the problem to one of the drive motors and sent a replacement motor for me to install. Despite the product promises of “making life easier,” it was more difficult to install than I was willing to do. I decided to return it. The cost to return the chair was extremely high! I cannot recommend this chair or dealing with this company.

I was truly impressed at how well this wheelchair is to use. It's very light weight and easy to handle. I purchased it for my parents to use and it's been a great help to then. At first I didn't know what to think of the wireless remote but it was very convenient when delivering it to their home. It seems well built and a good deal for the price.

ComfyGoMobility Is great Customer Service I think they should be on all Medicare and help all disability services. The wheelchair helps get our husband to everywhere he needs to go. And we are grateful and thankful for you creating it. Love the Bloomfield Family

NO ROOM FOR SHOPPING ITEMS.

The chair just arrived. It took me 45min and several failed attempts from the internet suggestions to open the chair. Under the chair is a black bag in that you will find the remote, directions, and charger. This chair opens via the remote and the controls that are attached to the chair. Press the button that looks like the triangle widening then hold the horn button for a couple seconds, the chair will begin to unfold. No where in the directions did it describe this! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Very zippy little power chair. A bit heavy, the person who needs this will not be able to lift this chair. We got it for my mom and I struggled moving it around. I am a very strong woman used to manual labor.

This Wheelchair is easy to use and it comes with a remote. The tires were full of air. I love it and its even better than I expected, with four speed ranges to choose from that can be selected by pressing + or - button on the controller. I have been using it now for two weeks both inside and out side. The battery was fully charged when it came and have not needed to charge it yet, the two green light emitting diodes are still lit on the controller. I have not found any bad things with this Wheelchair to add, but I would like to know how many kilometers or miles a fully charged battery will last. Richard.

This chair changed my life. I tried it for the very first time today and I was amazed. It doesn't need to be assembled! It is easy to charge. Every little detail will make you smile. The wheelchair looks much better than on the photos! It is quiet, fast and super easy to clean. I highly recommend it over the other models you will come across on Amazon.

Terrible product battery runs out even after charging.

Did not like the chair so we tried to return it and I had just a hard time to find a carrier to send it back and had to pay over $500. Not happy about that. You are on your own to try and ship it back. I am still trying to get my money back. Really hard to communicate with the seller. I would never buy from them again.
