Men's Gel-Nimbus 27 Running Shoes

I've been really impressed with the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27. The cushioning is incredibly soft and comfortable, making it a great choice for long walks, runs, or even wearing all day. The shoes provide excellent support without feeling heavy, and they have a smooth, responsive feel with every step. The fit was true to size for me, and the breathable upper keeps my feet cool during workouts. The quality also feels premium, and after several weeks of use, they've held up very well. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-cushioned running shoe that can handle both daily training and casual wear, I definitely recommend the Gel-Nimbus 27. They're worth the investment for the comfort alone.

I have a long history of ingrown toenails, and the Gel-nimbus 27 (with extra room laterally for my big toe) is the best shoe I have found for me. It holds my ankle in place and the extra room for my big toe makes it great for long walks. I wear an 11 1/2 regular for the Gel-Nimbus 27, but the Gel-nimbus 28 has less room for my big toe, and I would have to wear a 11 1/2 wide for that model (less ankle support in wide for Gel-Nimbus 28). The Gel-Nimbus 28 is less bulky. The Gel-Nimbus is generally a great shoe for me because I underpronate (supinate), and this shoe is designed for people like me--but do not assume that all iterations are the same. I have worn gel-nimbus shoes over the years and there have been similar inconsistencies in sizing with older models.

It's early days, but I'm very happy so far. This is my 2nd pair of ASICS running shoes, although I walk on pavement... every day. So far, so good. The fit is tight, but I like that. The sole and cushion are much better than others I've tried. I usually wear through the outer sole in 8-10 months, so I'm always trying something different. Hoka was the worst for wear and tear pavement walking. I tried Sketchers and like everything except for the outers sole endurance. My first ASICS outlasted the other brands, so I'm hoping this one will as well. It already feels like an upgrade from everything else I've tried so far. First impressions, but lots of experience. Sole thickness seems to be a plus and I bought it on a Memorial Day sale, so I think I got good value for money. Neutral grey color also fits my style although I think they offer several different colors.

Nice feeling when walking with the shoes, unlike my crocs, haven't had issues with plantar pain after I started using them, the support for the arc is very nice, not too soft not too hard for me, stability also does not feel compromised even though they you a couple of inches of height, so far very happy with them. In terms of durability still is too early to tell but they do look like built with high quality materials.

I love this shoe!! I walk 7 miles a day, every day and these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I'm a diabetic and I have feet issues and with these shoes I don't have any problems with my feet. I have tried Brooks,hoaka and several others. These are the best for me. Plenty of toe room and lots of cushion when you walk. I have bought Three different pairs of the same shoes. It's a winner for me!!

I’ve been buying asics nimbus for over 16 years. Was not impressed with the appearance when I first got these. I was however impressed with the way they feel on my feet. I’ve tried several other brands and asics seems to work for me. I usually buy two pair each year and switch every six months. The first pair seem to have an issue. One part on the bottom came unglued on one of them. The shoes still wear ok. I’m about to switch shoes soon, so it’s not a deal breaker. If the second pair does the same, that might be a defect. From my understanding ascics has a year warranty on their shoes. IJS

My husband has consistently worn the ASICS gel nimbus shoes for running for years now. They provide good cushioned support and are comfortable, consistent in sizing and there is a great color selection. He runs around 5 miles 3 times a week and will get about 6 months wear out of this shoe for running.

Before my knee operation, I used to run 10k 5 days per week for over 10 years, my choice shoe always was ASICS. Lately, I have been using Brooks but This Gel-Nimbus is yet the best shoe by far. Looks great, fits perfect, light weight & well made.
