They are definitely not a heavy duty boot and will never replace my Altama boots for more intensive work, especially in the winter. But at 1/3 the price these will have a place in my closet. I do appreciate the light weight of these boots and their flexibility, that should make them more comfortable in the heat of summer. But I did have to add insoles to give them a little more rigidity in the arches as these feel like you're wearing moccasins with little to no support.
