私は普通のフラフープはできますが、これは重りが止まってしまい2周ぐらしか回りません。 ウエストや重りの長さなどを調節してみましたが駄目でした。残念ですが処分します。因みに説明は英文のみです。

This item isn't the name brand but I feel like it gives me a good idea of what the name brand is. Sure, this product is supposedly noisier which Indeed it is but, I feel the burn, it gets me active, it seems strudy like it will last a little while, it is fun to use as well. This is a plastic material with a weight that's attached to the plastic ring that clips around your waist. The ring has removable links dependent upon what size your waist is with the goal being to lose weight and in turn removing links. The color is a pale sky blue. Overall, especially for the price (in comparison to the original brand name) I would probably buy this again but I think it is sturdy enough to last a while. I am trying to keep on a regimen of 5min per hula hoop session. As I gain more muscle and become healthier I will hold myself to a higher standard. Also, its a nice tool to throw on and use while watching TV ads and waiting for your favorite show to come on...regardless of whatever pathway you take, remember, you will get there one step at a time- wish you all luck on your weight loss/muscle gain/healthy transitions.

Works well and is entertaining with a Hula hoop type action. The exercise is great for my wife's waist and booty. It is a little noisy.

I just started using this today and I'm very pleased with it! Yes, it IS a bit loud, but with my TV on and my dogs barking at it, it's more of a rhythm i follow. It's a great activity to do while you're watching tv, instead of just sitting around being sedentary. In just the first 20 minutes of using it, I already feel it in my core and really in my legs. I'm looking forward to using it frequently. Make sure you wear either a shirt or something to cover your torso so you don't pinch skin. It's really easy to assemble and put on.

Muy recomendable

My first time to use the product today. I had gel injection for one of my arthritic knees 3 days ago, so putting a lot of pressure on it is a no-no. Using this hula hoop as a cardio alternative, I believe it’s more knee friendly than walking and more fun. I was able to do it for 30 minutes without noticing the time. Just a precaution, don’t put it too tight or it will pinch tour skin even if you have a shirt on. If you want it snug, I recommend wearing a waist band under your shirt. It’s also noisy which may annoy the people around you, so better to do it when no one is around or outdoors could be more fun. It’s not hard to connect/disconnect the pieces. I just hope it will last long. I will give it another review if it will help me lose some weight.
