The whole process avoids using dishwashing tools such as cloths, bowl brushes, etc., which may cause secondary pollution. A water temperature of up to 167 °F can provide a thorough cleaning. The cleanliness of hand dishwashing is only 60% that of automatic dishwashing, as your hands and washing cloth are often dirty due to remaining makeup, dirt, grime, and more. Review: Sparkling clean dishes - Oh my goodness! This thing washes just as good, if not better, than a full sized dishwasher. My tableware sparkling clean. No do overs. It works exactly as stated in the instructions. Its very easy to attach the drain hose with its included hose clamp, it weighs about 28.7 lbs. I did it myself. The drain hose did indeed attach to my sink and did not fly all over when water was discharged from it. My dishes were super clean. I kept saying out loud omg...omg this is amazing. I used the pitcher included and did not hook up to the sink. I read the book first to familiarize myself with the operation. Super quiet. The only thing that I heard was the dryer fan which is something of a high-pitched whistling sound. Of course this was my 1st use. I pray it holds out. I love this thing!!! It is too large for my countertop, but I used a kitchen cart I already had. It fit my 10 1/2 inch plates slanted as they should be when loaded. The utensil basket worked fabulous for me and held quite a load of flatware. It held more than abundant flatware. I've used it now 3 times. Each time I'm amazed! The utensil basket needs to be turned right-side up (for the reviewer that stated the holes are too small to hold average sized flatware). Take the top off and you'll see areas for the flatware. The top is for small items that can be put in it and then you use the top to snap it on so small items don't come out. LOVE THIS APPLIANCE!!! If you have chosen the DRY mode, it will provide an extra 60 minutes of hot air drying to the dishes, and in the next 3 days (72 hours), 15-minute automatic ventilation will start every 75 minutes to keep the dishes dry and prevent odors. The screen will show a lowercase "b" which means the machine is in the ventilated storage.

**Q: The drying mode doesn’t really dry the dishes, what can I do to fix this?**
A: I'm not sure. The drying time doesn't really dry my dishes either. I do however, let it run through the dry time, after the wash, and then just open the door, and pull the rack out to finish drying. For me, it's not a big deal to dry them that way.
