Great product for painful knees. The sizing is not generous as the top grip can be tight. The company's after sales is excellent however.

This is great for mild pain, injury prevention or if you simply want extra support. But for some more complex knee injuries and/or pain, I don't think it is enough. For me, it is exactly what I needed - support while training and when I get a flare-up. If you are between sizes - get a bigger one. This product does not have pads, so it is not for some sports - such as dance or volleyball.
