I contracted a small cold from swimming that caused a runny and stuffy nose. Nasal spray is great but isn’t the best for your nose with excessive usage over time- so I found this all natural alternative and it really gets the job done!I quite prefer the Lavender scent as I am obsessed with Lavender, but they all work and I would say the mint scented ones probably work the best. It does have a sting after inhaling that makes you feel like you can see, hear, and taste a white light lmao.I used it as soon as I received it and my nose has stayed clear even as I write this. They say it works for runny noses too, and while my nose is less runny- it’s still a little drippy.I’ll come back to make another review after more time of using the product, but so far I would definitely choose this safer all natural option over nasal spray.Worth what I paid for the pack of 4 with Lavender scent included. Kinda iffy about the tropical but haven’t tried it yet. We’ll see how long these last! One for each member of the family.

This really does work! I was skeptical about it but decided to finally try it. We took a 9 hour road trip and the morning we left to come home, I kept yawning. I remembered that I purchased these and I sniffed it. I don’t stick it directly into my nose, for keeping it clean and in case anyone else wants to try it. I immediately stopped yawning and was more alert for the next four hours. I have also used this for daily use at home for shorter driving time. I’m not a coffee drinker so this really helps! It does not keep you awake all day. It is a short term 2-4 hour lasting. I think because the smell awakens the brain. (Kind of like having to slam on brakes; it awakens your brain and your alert for the next few hours but if traveling a long distance then the tiredness can set back in) I do highly recommend it for taking the edge off the mornings and trying to wake up, or mid day boost without caffeine or energy drinks.

A great concept and does have a nose clearing effect. Not as extreme as eating Altoids candy, more similar to sniffing Vicks but more pleasant and portable and zero calories! Probably won’t replace menthol cough drops but you can enjoy this without everyone around you smelling it too. Instructions say to inhale deeply for 1-2 seconds but I’d avoid inhaling into the lungs as it could irritate. Only need to hold it near the nose, so it’s sanitary. About the size of lip balm, slightly wider.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I saw this product online and decided to try a three pack of winter mint. I gave one to my adult daughter and one to my cute boyfriend 🙂 so we've all been trying it together. These BOOM BOOM sticks are the new thing. Even though they are trending all over different social media platforms, they are actually worth the hype.My 7 year old has been getting this weird runny nose every night at bedtime. He was so frustrated every night and he actually seen this on the T*kT*k shop and asked me to get him one.I found the price here on Amazon was better and shipping, well, we got same day shipping so you literally can not beat that!You can not just pull the cap of these off, you have to twist them off everytime. The smell of these is strong but effective.If you want the most benefit from yours, stick this BOMM BOOM stick inside your nose and hold your other nostril shut and breath in deep. Hold it in for a few seconds and breath in as deep as you can until you feel this enter your lungs because I promise you, you will feel this all the way in your lungs.Keep the cap on tight to get long use out of yours. We love them and a 3 pack is great. One for you and then you can share the rest. Our 7 year old is in fact obsessed with his.

Four days in and I really like these sticks already! A very slight burning sensation, which is a signal to me that they are working. They are extremely easy to use, and I keep one in my pocket during the workday, using it 4-5 times a day. I get immediate relief for a noticeable 20-30 minutes and continued noticeable relief for another hour or so before I feel the need to use it again. Sometimes, I go as much as 2-3 hours. It is very effective in that regard. I have only tried the mint, which smells great, and I look forward to trying the other scents. I'm looking forward to the end of the allergy season and these clogged nasal passages, but I'm glad I have found what seems to be a very promising product to help!

Been using these for a couple of months now and I can say I love them, all the sent in this pack are amazing and I feel that they are kinda addictive. The mint one definitely burn a little bit more than the others but it’s nothing crazy. Overall very nice.
