Juste un coup de main à prendre pour utiliser les empreintes, je mets juste suffisamment de pâte pour une empreinte et j'utilise le rouleau, avec le doigt j'enlève l'excédent de pâte, puis je tords délicatement l'empreinte pour que la pâte se détache du moule. Je la dépose ensuite tout doucement sur une plaque de cuisson et je passe au four. Die Spekulatius lassen sich nach kurzer Abkühlzeit hervorragend aus der Form lösen, auch ohne vorheriges Einfetten. Sehr leichte Reinigung der Formen, einfach nur mit heißem Wasser. Habe das beigelegte Rezept ausprobiert, welches mich aber nicht überzeugte. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Da ich mir gleich 2 Spekulatiusformen bestellt hatte, war der Teig auch schnell verbacken. Kann jedem empfehlen mindestens 2 Formen zu bestellen.
