Butler tape
Seems to be working for Christmas lights, so far. Update; tape isn't holding. I used it to take up slack between lights, but it isn't holding. I guess I will have to get screw in clips. I am sure it is a good tape, but it hasn't worked for my purpose.

For the slide sleds
I thought that being the type of tape it is it would work better in the heat, I’m going to try it again I may not of cleaned the surface well enough. Delivery was awesome

Didn't work for me
This made a mess when trying to use it to seal behind window installs. Wound up around the screw and pushed the window out, then was difficult to get off to resolve the issue. It may work for other projects, but the one I needed it for was a fail. It is however, very sticky, if that's what you're looking for.

Low cost, High Quality & Thick
Bought this tape to insulate and repair a dehumidifier compressor. The Original butyl tape was dried out and falling off the unit causing condensation problems and needed to be replaced. Shopped locally only to fine very thin butyl tape that was VERY expensive. Found this product and it was very thick and the perfect width tape to mold around valves and piping. Best thing was it was only 1/4 the price of the local stores. Very happy with my purchase!

Read review
Inconsistent as far as quality control. Unfortunately no other options to buy anywhere else so much choice paradox is stuck. Sometimes 90 percent of the product is useful Sometimes 50 or none per real quality control. Amazon customer service and AI do not try to understand this situation.
