Question 1

Which product is better? i had used the viatlity boost ha humic minerals trace elements vitamins and amino acids morningstar minerals before.

Accepted Answer

Great question! I would not say that one is better than another they each have their own benefits. The Vitality Boost HA is a humic mineral complex that includes vitamins and amino acids. Humic Acid contains a carbon component naturally explaining why it is black. Energy Boost 70 is a fulvic mineral complex that includes vitamins and amino acids as well but the pH has been lowered in order to drop the carbon out of suspension. It is a golden yellow color and is derived from humic acid but has no carbon content. Inner Vitality is a humic/fulvic blend that contains 3 parts fulvic minerals to 1 part humic minerals. I personally use Vitality Boost HA and Energy Boost 70 in combination with one another. Many like the Inner Vitality which is a pre-mix if you will at a rate that is acceptable by most. I personally just like the flexibility of being able to take more Energy Boost 70 or Vitality Boost HA if needed and adjust my ratios as I see fit. So in short there is not one better than the other they all serve a purpose.

Question 2

What is the iron% level in this?

Accepted Answer

The percentage of each mineral is not listed on the label.

Question 3

Which product is better? i had used the viatlity boost ha humic minerals trace elements vitamins and amino acids morningstar minerals before.

Accepted Answer

I have not used the Trace Elements Vitamins, but they are two different products. Minerals are inorganic and come from the soil. After a workout or just a hard day at work it is always good to take minerals. They are best taken on an empty stomach. I have been using the Fulvic Minerals for over a year and plan on continuing to take them every night in a big glass of water. When in doubt, contact your physician or read up on the differences between the vitamins and minerals.
