I like this heel lift because it is longer than most of the others with a nice graduation from heel to arch so I don't feel like I'm walking in a high heel shoe. It is not stiff but not too squishy. Very comfortable. Good support. Like other reviewers, I too have purchased many different products to get my gait more even but have struggled to find the perfect one for me. I think this is as close as I'm going to get. It is narrow enough to fit in all my shoes. Hope it works for you!

Worked to help with the leg length difference my wife had after hip replacement. Fit well and didn't slide around.

I have ordered this shoe sole lift several times due to a 1/2 inch leg length discrepancy after a hip replacement and then super glue the soft side of the industrial strength velcro to the shoe inside sole and then glue the stiicky velcro side under the lift and can change this to different shoes as needed. Aids in keeping the spine in line and decreases back pain from the leg discrepancy.

This product does as intended. Not comfortable or uncomfortable. It simply accomplishes the goal of elevating your heel (s).

I broke my femur after a hip replacement and had to have it done all over again. My pelvis has rotated making my operated leg 1/2" longer than my other leg. They can't manipulate my pelvis until the femur is fully healed. The shoe lift fits into my Crocs as well as my sneakers and makes it possible for me to walk without a limp. These lifts are durable, easily cleaned, and very comfortable. The price is a bargain because comparable lifts through a medical outlet are substantially more expensive.

2 years have gone by since i bought this for the first time. I've had a history of herniated disks in my lower back that started at 20 years old. I always exercised and wasn't really "reckless" but I developed back problems so early and wasn't even overweight when I developed it. I just discovered a few months ago that I have one leg shorter than the other that kept triggering a lateral pelvic tilt. No one has perfectly even limbs but, mine is very noticeable now that I am finally paying attention. The way I can tell it is my legs and not just a crooked pelvis is when I sit down in a chair with both feet planted on the floor, my right knee is noticeable higher than my left, which means my right calf and ankle alone is about a half inch longer. I've even had this slightly staggering gimpy walk that I could never explain. Now that I got this lift, I don't know how I went so many years without it! I even got one for my house slippers too. I actually walk normal again too. At first, developed back problems on the opposite side because that side has been so underactive for years it had to strengthen up. But it did go away. The original bad side got noticeably better almost instantly! So, don't rule out evening out your leg lengths! This is very common and most people don't even know it may be the number one unspoken issue for back and hip problems. I'm the most fluid at walking and running at 42 years old since I was around 17. What a difference it makes!
