This has been my go to liner for awhile now, it stays , it has the two sides for precision and fill. Felt pen type , perfect for my winged liner look I always do .

Great product. One end is a felt tip and the other is a brush tip. It is a solid black color. There is no issue with taking it off. Is it waterproof? No. For a regular eyeliner, it is really good.
