These are hands down the best daily gummies I’ve ever had! The taste is a solid 12/10. Seriously, they’re so good that taking my daily vitamins feels more like having a treat than taking a supplement. I actually look forward to taking them every day! I love that these combine hair, skin, and nail support in one convenient gummy. With 5,000 mcg of biotin per three-gummy serving, they make it easy to add biotin to my daily routine without having to swallow pills. The flavor is honestly what makes these stand out for me. I’ve tried other vitamins before, but these are by far my favorite when it comes to taste. I started taking vitamins about 2 years ago as my 30th birthday loomed on the horizon wagging it's condescending finger at me. I like to say it's only for health, but if I'm being honest I'm not ready to be a wrinkly old spinster just yet. But taking as many vitamins as I do becomes an unpleasant nuisance after a while. I switched over to these gummy vitamins (along with the Multi, omega 3, and calcium) over the summer and haven't looked back. They're fun to eat, and are more of a treat than chore. It helps me with my sweet tooth as well; instead of destroying a chocolate bar I just take my vitamins and call it a day. It was also a great way to get my boyfriend who eats like garbage to take vitamins. (I've never seen someone eat nothing but dumplings and udon for a week straight and not gain a pound, damn him.) I see a huge difference in my hair and nail growth. My nails definitely come in stronger and my hair is a lot thicker / healthier. I have very curly hair and spent years being afraid of it because nobody in my family knew how to manage it. Vitamins & water, combined with swearing off heat and harsh products, makes a huge difference. Also for skin, SUNSCREEN!!! Always keep in mind vitamins alone are not going to be some big miracle in health. I've spent a lot of time doing research and making big lifestyle changes to take care of my skin, hair, and body. It's an investment, but it's worth the long haul. I definitely see and feel a difference. My only warning: sugar. These are not ideal for diabetes, or anybody doing a diet like Whole 30 which requires fully cutting out excess sugars. But otherwise, highly recommend this brand. I've purchased from Amazon as well as in-store, never had any issues.

I have been using vitafusion multivitamins for a while because they are a good value but I recommend this version over the others because you don't need to buy a separate vitamin for biotin. In the past several years I have noticed that my nails are not as strong as they used to be and I frequently experience issues with my cuticles. Now my nails grow stronger and faster and my cuticles are in good shape. The difference really is night and day.
