I have put off getting this kind of item because the 'good ones' cost hundreds of dollars. When I was recommended these by a friend, I decided I would give it a try. It usually takes me a while to fall asleep. I've worn these for over a week consistently, 2 hours before I go to bed. Within about 30 minutes of wearing them and working on a screen, my parasympathetic system kicks in and I feel so relaxed and at rest. As a bodyworker and energy practitioner who helps people with their nervous systems, I am blown away at the effectiveness of these blue light blockers - they are legit and it works. I have fallen asleep faster every night I've worn them the past week. I am amazed. My only complaint is that I wish they were lighter in weight.

Works well
I like the performance and fit of the glasses. I actually just got a 2nd pair after I tested them so I can have one in the office for work at the pc and one by my bed for using on the phone. I have had pains in my eyes from heavy screen time off and on for quite some time now and I have defiantly seen an easy in pain from day one and all of last week when I was on my pc. I noticed that on my phone usage I was still getting some pain but not as intense so I got another pair to make sure I remember to use when with my phone. I would recommend these glasses. As stated the spectrum of coverage is different and they do work better than my regular glasses that has the blue light protection. I assume it’s only for the higher range on my regular glasses.

Very comfortable.
I tried 4 pair of blue light blocking glasses. These were by far the most comfortable. Now I put them on everyday when the sun goes down. I have tested them and they do block the blue light. Also I was having a hard time finding glasses that don't put pressure on my head behind my ears. I can wear these for hours and have not irritation at all.

these work to cut blue light
I have been wearing these for about a week in the evening. They do cut out blue light for sure. I can see that on my appliances that have blue lights. At first I thought they weren't working, but my husband pointed out that I just couldn't see the light because I was wearing my orange glasses. I have not noticed any remarkable difference in my sleep, but my sleep is already pretty good.

These glasses really make me unwind when I’m ready to get off technology at night. I can feel the relaxation in my eyes and in my head soon after I put the glasses on. My thoughts relax and in 20 - 30 minutes I feel ready to sleep!
