The product is formulated to be very bland and quite pleasant-tasting to make it palatable. We always recommend that you add the powder in our sachets to about an inch of water and swirl the powder in the glass - using a spoon or fork to stir doesn’t seem to be as effective. Continue to swirl until the powder has dissolved and then you may add more water if you wish. It’s best not to add the powder to the glass first and then add the liquid, as it may clump. I normally recommend starting with 1-2 sachets a day, and increasing to 3-4 after a few days if needed, spread throughout the day e.g. one with each meal, and one before bed, though you can take this one without food too if desired.
