I have received the serum bottle without a cap....how can it can be used without cap..in the picture of this bottle...cap can be seen.As the product will be used for 1 year by my wife...how it can be used without cap cover..And this product is non returnable...so now hiw I will be assisted in this case!?I have rated 3 🌟 for each section...as I haven't checked in those areas..Thank you.

The serum is great for frizzy hair. It slowly repairs the frizziness and sets you for all day. Little goes a long way. And a special mention to the scent. The scent kinda reminds me of ponds talcum powder. It's so sweet☺.... Over all love the product❤

The product is very good.. I'm using it since 6 yrs.. but today when I received the product it was open and leaked.. no bubble wrap protection.. one of it's cap was missing and it had leaked so much that quarter of the bottle was empty.I would say product is good but packing and service is worst.I had to reject the product.Please fix this problem. Most of them have same complaint.

Product is non sticky and having good smell. It is better than other imported products in terms of quality and price.

I bought it because its vegan and affordable. Here's my experience:Pros.......👍 good for detangling although I used it the day after a hair wash.👍 gives my hair a slight shine and a jasmine fragrance.👍 Not sticky.👍 claims to have no preservatives👍 worth the price.Cons....... The bottle does not have a cap.Although, it does not leak we need to be careful when carrying it in a bag.
