A Book That Takes Its Time: An Unhurried Adventure in Creative Mindfulness (Flow) Hardcover – October 3, 2017

This book is worth having, just to see its cheerful cover sparkling on my coffee table. I love that it can be read and savored little by little. It is more than a book--the surprises embedded inside are a treat. I finished reading it some time ago but am still having fun playing with the "poetry pictures", postcards, and other treasures tucked between its pages.

元々FLOWはドイツ語(オランダ語)？なので、この本は英語なので読みやすいです。辞書を片手にシャーペンで書き込みながら、楽しんでます。付録もありホント可愛い💕じっくり少しずつ書き込んだりしてストレスフリーになりたい。この値段ならかなり、納得です。
