Love this product! I suffer from anxiety. When I took this product it removed my feelings of anixety and anxiousness. I feel calm and focused when I take this product. I am able to more productive throughout my day. I haven't experienced racing thoughts since using this product. If anyone has issues with anixety, irritability, racing thoughts and fatigue this product will turn all those symptoms around. You'll feel so much better. I feels better than I've ever felt before. I will continue to use this product. Excellent product!!!!!

This is amazing. I am currently going through pre-menopause, have high stressed job, and general daily stress due to this thing called life. I was having crying spells, heavy chest, difficulty breathing. I was DX with anxiety and given prescription. Then I found this product at the Vitamin store, only available on-line for approximately $30 per bottle. after additional research, I found it on Amazon slightly cheaper. I have been using this since May 2017. It has helped me tremendously. I still have anxiety, but the symptoms are better controlled. I cry less often. Things bother me less, and breathing through a stressful time is a bit easier. Try it, it works!

It calms me and has no side effects.My 8year old can take them for her adhd.Twice a day and she's good. Levels her out and no meltdowns.

My 15 year old daughter takes this product for her anxiety. They smell pretty awful, but that's what you get when you go natural. At least she is not on some mind altering anti depressant that the doctors tried to give her. These help her take tests and interact with groups of people with out crying or trying to hide in her closet like she used to.

I have taken several vitamin supplements over the years to help ease clinical anxiety. I have been looking for a lower-cost alternative to a supplement I love but is REALLY expensive.To be fair, I only took these for a month, and it can take 2-3 for stores to build up enough to notice a major difference. I found a prenatal that has a make-up that works a lot better for me.

I have a friend that swears by these, I only took them two days and didn't notice a difference during the day (probably didn't take them long enough). Both days I took them I had terrible, scary dreams - I woke up thinking someone was standing over me both nights with my heart racing. I've never felt like that at night (before starting them or after stopping) - I really was hoping they'd help my social anxiety. Since my friend likes them so much, I believe they do work for some people.

Whenever I’m feeling anxious, I reach for this product and can expect to feel a sense of calm within 15 min. It’s as if my worries and anxiousness just slowly drift away and suddenly I’m like, “wow, I feel so much better.” If you struggle with anxiety/depression I highly recommend giving this product a try instead of opting for a prescription drug. This makes anxiety way more manageable!!
