For example: - noticeable toning - heavier lifting - longer workouts What I have NOT experienced: - bloating or any other digestive issues I mix 5g w/ 24floz to prevent and reduce a chalky texture or weird taste and that works well for me. The contents are like baby powder and can easily get all over the place if you're not careful. They came in a container that was much larger than necessary. I was skeptical of the amount, but I weighed it and it came in at 500g, as advertised. I'm guessing that the container is as large as it is to make it easier to get at the powder as it runs low. The brand I previously bought was narrower and was difficult to get to near the bottom. The container was packed in a paper mailing pouch instead of a box and had been crushed in transit. However, nothing leaked out, but I did push the dent back out. I haven't used it yet but it looks clean and pure and I am confident it will do its job. I will likely buy it again.
