I have been using agave nectar for more than 10 years in my coffee. The flavor is different than other sweeteners and I did not love the flavor at first. What I did love was adding some to my cup, then pouring in coffee and having it be fully dissolved and mixed in, just using a quick pour. No traces of the sweetener are ever left in the bottom of the cup. The Madhava 46 ounce two pack is the best value, I hove purchased it dozens of times and I have converted many co-workers to the benefits. The packing is very good on the two pack - I have had a few broken lids over the years, but I have never blamed Madhava, the delivery system can break anything, so until the delivery people try a little harder, we are going to have some broken lids. I have purchased other brands and the packing is always bad and many times the lid were loose and product leaking with other brands/retailers. I would not buy something else now, unless there is no Madhava available. Dissolves almost instantly in coffee. I have purchased squeeze bottles with silicone nozzles for work and home, and I just fill them up when they are empty. I squirt in an amount that is very consistent by tipping my cup to an angle and just covering the bottom triangle that is created by tipping. The whole agave nectar idea is smart and easy and Madhava is the best of the best.

Frankly, I just don't understand how they provide this light agave syrup for so cheap. The TWO pack of 23 oz bottles for just $20 USD? This is an unbelievably good deal. In the stores, the small 8oz bottle is often $9~$12 USD. Taste wise, it's delicious. Nice consistency. I'd say top quality. I use this syrup on a number of things, and one of my favorites is on oatmeal. I also sometimes use it for tea.

I've been using this for over 6 years now and really love it. It's a great sweetener without any after taste or really any taste at all other than sweet. I'm allergic to artificial sweetness & this is a great alternative for me. It's NOT a low calorie, so if that's what you need this won't work. I really don't know how it does on the glycemic index as I'm not diabetic & don't use it for that. It is a natural product tho, & that is my main concern.
