A: They have different kinds, so this pertains only to the "original". Ingredients listed on the bottle are:Jalapeño puree(green jalapeño peppers, salt, acetic acid), water, chili pepper, dehydrated garlic, spice (it does not say what kind of spice, odd), dehydrated onions, olive oil, xanthan gum.

**Q: How many calories? It says 0, but how is that possible?**
A: Listing 0 calories is possible thanks to your government. According to FDA Title 21, Chp1, Subchapter B, Section 101.9 of the Code of Federal Regulations,  “Calories, total,” “Total calories,” or “Calories”: amounts less than 5 calories may be expressed as zero. Wait, was that TMI?

A: On average 2 yrs.

**Q: What is the shelf life of an unopened bottle?**
A: I'm not 100% sure but I have had some bottles stored for over 3 months and they were completely fresh after that period of time.
