This office chair is a really great chair! It is comfy! And has a built in massage which is super cool! Also has a heater for those that get cold! It’s adjustable in every way you can think. It reclines and has a foot rest! Good value for the price! Only disadvantage is the plug for the heat and massage, it’s a little hard to be working and remember it’s plugged in not to back up so quick and unplug it! Only disadvantage to this chair

Everything is comfortable with this chair. I expected it to be 23.8" maximum in height from floor to the top of the seat, since it says on amazon site...but the max is actually 22" in height. So I rated it 4 stars. Bought a new gas lift cylinder that has extra height, and it fixed it!Felt the vibration (with my hearing loss, it sounded a bit loud, but with noise cancelling headphones it helps the reduction of vibration noise. (makes me fall asleep.) I Haven't tried the heat yet, will find out later. The greatest feature is the Foot rest, then I can sit crossing my legs! I can snug the remote between the seat and the arm of the chair so it won't be hanging. :)See comparison between my black drafting chair and this new cream color Heated feature chair.

I have waited for a few months before ordering this chair. I finally pulled the trigger and did it. The chair came in we got it all put together, and well I am 5'5 about 120 lbs. and well it does not lower down far enough for me. I look like a little kid with my legs dangling so I had to get a small foot stool to rest my feet on. Now I have used the chair for about a week and the heat and massager stopped working all together like there is absolutely no power to it. I am waiting on a response from the company now, but I will be returning it. Overall, the chair is great and is super comfortable and I love the footrest. Let's just hope they stand behind their product.UPDATE: As of March, The company and amazon are working with me to try to solve the issues mentioned above.

I am completely satisfied with this iitem. It is big and beautiful. I purchased the off white for my home office. The quality, comfort and ergonomic features of the item is value for money. I LOVE ITTTT!!!

This is a mostly comfortable and quality office chair. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. While their online video helped I think the model that they used had some minor variation. That being said I would give it 4 - 5 stars if a cable wasn't poking me in the back. There is a cable or cord (most likely for the built-in massager) that can feel near the surface of the bottom part of the back. I'm debating on returning it for another or see if it stop bothering me. Other than that, I found the quality good and I'm 75% happy.

This chair is amazing! first of all , I am 6'3, 300 lbs. and I sit and work in it 8 hours a day. The cushioning is outstanding even for a big guy like me. One of the best features are the adjustable arm rests. Most armrests are usually to low because of my height. Not these, they are perfect, almost like sitting in a recliner. And then to put the cherry on top, add in massage and heat. I was thinking these ywo features however cool it may sound, probably wouldnt make a huge difference. I was wrong! Heat is great, and the massage can be felt and is very soothing. Kudos for a well made product at a good price.

I assembled this chair alone (i’m a petite woman), so that should tell you how easy it was to put it together!The heater and vibrating options are great, and there’s a pocket in the back of the chair to keep the remote.It can recline and provides great back support! Wheels are great and roll fairly well on my carpet.My main advice is for people who enjoy chairs with more soft and mushy cushions: this one has a bit more of a firm support to it. I tend to not like firm cushions, but this has been great for my back. It helps me be really productive!
