Does this plug into a 110 bolt timer?

No "plug", but you can certainly wire it in.

How do you connect the valve to power?

I'm using this valve in a hot water makeup system, currently has a 3/4" check valve which isn't working correctly, so I'm replacing the cv with the new valve. The threads match-up (ya), and I'm going to hard wire right into the circulation pump (120 v), this should work properl, any suggestions?

Will this work for gravity flow water? Like, 2psi? Normal irrigation valves need high pressure.

In my opinion it should. I use it for spa heater which uses a centrifugal pump to force water through valve and then coil of tankless heater in boiler. I don't know what the pump pressure is but I get good flow.
