I have had these for several weeks and they have been great. I hear much better! I had to experiment with the difference size ear pieces to keep the squealing to a minimum and for best comfort. Also you have to play around with the volume to eliminate any squeal or whistling. So far I get about a week of life out of a set of batteries using in them all day long. Like any other small, delicate, electronic device, you have to careful in handling them.
