This is always a comforting item when you have sore bore, and strains! Buy this and PLEASE, use it!! It may be a little bit warm when you first open the package, but the warmth is an assest to this great creme!

I have been using ICYHOT for so long I can't remember when I started. Sore muscles , tendinitis ? this is one product that keeps you out of the doctors office. I use it on trouble spots before and after working out. No doubt it cost a little more then other brands but rest assured it is worth it. If you have recurring pain start with a little bit rubbed in well and if pain does not go away just add a little more at a time then if you are working out and find yourself in pain after work out apply liberally rubbing in well and give it time to set in. It also can help with arthritis pain. IMPORTANT NOTE : Do not use just before or just after a shower as the product opens your pours and this will intensify the effect and will be painful and keep it away from private sensitive body parts and make sure you WASH YOUR HANDS clean after using . It is worth every penny and I swear by it ( not at it ).

I like Icy Hot. It has a wintergreen smell and I like the tube. Bought the jar once and threw it out. It was too hard to scoop out. The tube cream gows on smoothly and is not greasy. I find it works for aches and pains and even helped with sciatica a bit. I buy it regularly. I put on those thin vinyl cooking gloves when applying to keep it from under my nails and to prevent it being on my hands when I'm done. I just don't want to take any risk of accidentally getting it in the eyes.

It works very well for pain relief, but it actually stings a bit for first 5 min so I have to mix it with other creams or it feels like my skin is on fire, which is why I knocked off a star. A little too potent in my opinion.

This cream is just a little thicker than another generic brand I use. It works into the skin and I swear it reduces my pain by about 20-30 percent. I can definitely tell a difference. I also use the Icy Hot Patches along with this to get relief from severe arthritis in my hip and spine. It is not greasy and doesn't stain my clothing. I feel lost without it, and try to never run out.

Good price for two large tubes. I use IcyHot for a bad right shoulder, elbow, and hip. Works great. Now, if they could only make the scent disappear. But, it doesn't last too long. My cat comes back and sleeps next to my right shoulder about 30 minutes after I apply it. Hubby stays. 😋 I normally use it once or twice a day. Always before I go to sleep and occasionally in the morning. Now that the weather has changed I do need it more when the mornings are cool.

I have been using ICYHOT for over 20 years, as a jogger and in weight training. In my opinion, there is no product that is close to equal. The cream is a great improvement over the old paste. It applies much easier and seems to work better. Now that I'm over 70, I also use the Arthritis cream which is also very good.
