It came with the inside seal slightly opened and the plastic wrapping was easy to take the lid on and off without opened the plastic so honestly I am suspicious if these have been tampered with and I can’t seem to be able to return them

I'm a bit skeptical with vitamins and think a lot of them are a waste of money but I actually feel better after taking the B12 from Thorne. I seem to have more energy. Will buy again.
