Trapeze for Yoga - Yoga Swing - Yoga Hammock - Aerial Yoga Hammock

I absolutely love this yoga trapeze!I ordered the blue/ turquoise. Shipping was fast, thankfully they are apart of amazon prime.Everything came perfectly packaged. I inspected the hardware and materials. I am extremely pleased with how well made everything is. The fabric color looked just as shown. The hardware all looked secure and there were no missing parts.Install was easy. You will need a ladder, stud finder and drill. I was fortunate enough to bribe my husband into doing it for me. It only took him 10minutes. Once the anchor system is in place you just clip on the trapeze per instructions.I loved how versatile it is. You could set this up with the handles or without, just as a hammock.Starting off I felt so uneasy upside down. I think it's our natural instinct to be a little worried. I used caution and had lowered it closer to the floor until I felt secure enough to invert and move it higher. It's a lot of fun and a great little addition to help me change up the same ol' routine.There are a lot of YouTube videos and social media posts which help demonstrate particular poses or movements when you are ready to advance. I have yet to venture to them. There was plenty enough for me to play around with on my own the last few weeks, but plan to once I feel more comfortable.I wanted this for my own social media account. I thought it would be an amazing way to add some unique and artistic elements to my practice. It worked out perfect.Highly recommend. This is the 2nd product I have ordered from Blue Cresent Yoga. Happy with both products.I wanted to also add that this was installed in my living room. The anchors that came along with the trapeze are a bit large. I wouldn't recommend going against the manufacturer suggestions for hardware and install but I felt safe enough to change them out. I actually like the hardware provided but cosmetically I wanted something smaller since it was in a main room of my home.I ordered two premium hammock hanging anchors with the Capacity of 1300lbs. You can find those on Amazon. I included a photo of these as well.Please note that some photos have been edited, brightness and or colors adjusted, resulting is a slight variation of color example.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  So I’ll be honest and it was the color that first caught my eye- and I was excited how rich the color was in person. This was important to me if I was going to have it hanging in my house I wanted it to look nice and not some cheap material.I love the quality of the material- the hand grips are excellent with a high quality grip. The storage bag is awesome so if I want to quickly take it down it can all be neatly stored and put up again and the permanent hooks look nice and don’t draw a ton of attention when the swing is taken down.

I absolutely love my yoga trapeze and shipping wad so fast. It arrived in just 3 days. The entire setup is awesome. It was super easy to assemble. The ceiling mounts are wonderful, however, I have an outdoor rig I have been enjoying working out on. I love that the daisy chains allow me to adjust the hammock to my height or for my fitness needs. Being able to quickly adjust from hip height to a low height is a big plus! The fabric wasn't heavy or hot at all and i live in a very hot and humid area so i was concerned about that. I love that I can use the handles separately from the hammock or both together. This is definitely going to help me gain strength, be more flexible and I can even work on handstands without a wall or spotter!!!!

After a year of wanting a yoga trapeze for my home, I finally ordered the Blue Crescent trapeze and regret not getting one sooner!! I have a somewhat advanced yoga practice and wanted something to take my stretches even deeper (flip grip poses like King Pigeon or Dancer are so much easier upside down!) and the options for strengthening are endless. If you unhook the hammock and leave only the handles, you can practice hanging pike-ups or kips! Hello ab work & arms! My dancer daughters have great fun on this too working splits and backbends!

This trapeze swing is very well made and strong. I feel safe sitting, swinging, and hanging unpside down on it. I was drawn to this swing in particular because of the sleek design—I wanted one that is attractive enough to leave out when company comes over, and sturdy enough to feel confident allowing said company to try it out if they want to. It definitely meets those expectations.It comes with heavy-duty ceiling mounts; however, I opted to hang mine on a door frame mount because I rent an old house (built in 1920s) so I wanted to do as little damage to the architecture as possible.I’m 5’5 and the height is perfect for me with the door mount. I think it could easily accommodate someone up to 5’8–5’9, but I’d suggest hanging from the ceiling for anyone taller.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Made from parachute fabric, I feel very secure in this swing. It’s not going anywhere after it’s hung, super strong! Comes with hooks for a ceiling mount and includes screws for a wood beam and for cement. The extender straps allow it to be hung from pretty much anywhere. If you live in a rental and can’t mount it to the ceiling, it’ll hang from a pull-up bar, monkey bars or even a tree limb. Carabeeners make it easy to set up and take down. The best part of the swing is how it makes my back feel after inversion therapy. I used this after 30 hours in a car and 4 nights in different hotel beds and was amazed at how much better I felt immediately after using this. I’d recommend this to anyone from a yoga novice or someone who owns a yoga studio and is looking for multiple trapezes!

This yoga trapeze is excellent quality! It comes with all the mounting hardware and extension straps! It was extremely easy to set up. I was able to play with it within minutes of unboxing it. It also is wide enough that you can lay back and relax in it. I was also easily able to fit it and the extension straps back into the bag. I am delighted with it and am excited to enhance my practice with this trapeze!
