The first time I bought this bottle it lasted me about a year before it slipped off my hand and broke. I bought this second time the cap came off in 2 months. Update: the company of this product reached out to help replace my water bottle due to me not being happy with my purchase and offered to give me partial credit.

I would definitely recommend buying this bottle. I had issues at first but after letting the company know about my issues they refunded my purchase and also sent a replacement. They were very attentive and made sure i was well taken care of. It is hard to find companies these days that honor their refund and exchange policies but this company definitely is not one of them! I do not like to drink out of plastic, because I can taste it. This glass gives my water a nice plastic-free taste. I love it. It is durable, dishwasher safe, and easy to carry. I do not carry it by the little string handle because it is attached to a wooden cap. I will not assume the string will be as durable over time so I just carry it in my arms. The bottle and the rubber bottle cover are dishwasher safe, but the cap is not. Most wood products do not do well in a dishwasher, so this is nothing new. I wash the cap by hand. I take this bottle everywhere I go. It was a great buy. My favorite features are the markings to help you measure how much water you've drank and the size. It is meant to be refilled to get your 64 oz per day. How many of us have bought large 64 oz bottles and regretted it because it was too heavy or bulky to carry around? Not to mention with a 64 oz jug your water will eventually get warm. This 32 oz bottle allows you to refill at mid day to continue your journey to 64 oz without lugging around a heavy or unattractive bottle. It was a great find, I know I will keep this bottle long term.

I purchased 12 of these for my staff as part of a wellness initiative. We all love them! It really has helped us be more mindful of our water intake, and improve hydration during the day. The time markings are perfect! The bottle design is aesthetically pleasing, truly beautiful. We ordered 1-2 of each color. I like that they have a top loop to hold onto if needed. They also come with a bottle brush that works wonderfully. We were all a bit hesitant with the bottles being glass- however, was pleased to learn the company has a 90-day replacement policy for accidental breakage. I have had to test this policy, and I give them an A+++ ! I accidentally dropped my bottle on pavement and it broke (I was devastated by the way… I enjoyed having it so much). When I emailed to inquire about the replacement policy, PROBTTL responded promptly- no proof was needed or questions asked, beyond my address to ship the replacement to. I will say this is not ideal to use for taking to the gym (and, that’s not exclusive to this bottle- you should never use any glass bottles at the gym!). The only slight negative we see is that they are a bit wide, and not ideal for a traditional cup holder in the car. Overall, would definitely buy again and plan to when new staff come on board. They are a great quality and we were all impressed by them!
