Can’t give a 5 star as only loaded into printer today. So far all good!

I purchased the smart colour inks for an HP officejet 670 premium printer . Have used the smart ink replacements previously and worked fine, however this time only one of the three colour cartridges worked . I contacted the sellers support via email and unexpectedly received a reply within minutes. I was forwarded a link with a few things to try , though these methods were unsuccessful. I replied to support and was told a new set of cartridges would be sent. These arrived just 24 hours later and working fine. I have rated 5 star because although the cartridges in first order didn't all work, the warranty support has been excellent , fast response and issue resolved so quickly. Ink colour and quality is good for documents.

Terrible. Everything printed all streaky. Wasted so much paper trying to resolve it. Not recommended

Bought before and will again. These cartridges work well in my HP Officejet 6600. Easy to insert, no mess and cheap as chips!

Inks were fine but the driver failed again to deliver into the hall, despite the code in the instructions. Amazon seem uninterested in solving this issue. Amazon are basically a delivery service and they fail at that basic job Just left outside by the door, suspecting this might be the case i walked back to the flat.

Had a problem with the ink cartridges, got in touch with Leo from smart ink and he arranged for replacements to be sent out for delivery the next day, great support. Let's hope the replacements work

These work better than I thought, I originally ordered them (as they are less expensive) to clean out a printer that sat for years… I put the printer through the cleaning phase, and used about 90% of the ink to unclog the printer… The ink worked so well, I just bought another pack… the print quality is really good.

Utilisation personnelle

This was a reorder, 1st set last 1 year. If unused for awhile a 1st page will not print great but after that they are more than acceptable and considering cost great value.
